We offer a 60-day limited warranty on all 18k gold-plated jewelry from the date of delivery.
✅ What’s Covered:
• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, including:
• Clasp or chain breakage due to faulty production
• Unusual fading or peeling of the gold plating (not caused by wear)
❌ What’s Not Covered:
• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, loss of shine, tarnishing from moisture, sweat, or chemicals (e.g. perfume, lotion)
• Accidental damage, breakage from wear, misuse, or improper storage
• Lost or stolen items
🛠 What We’ll Do:
If your item is eligible under this warranty, we will:
• Repair it free of charge, or
• Replace it with the same or similar item (if repair isn’t possible)

💎 Moissanite Jewelry – Lifetime Stone Warranty & 12-Month Setting Warranty
We are proud to offer a lifetime warranty on all moissanite stones and a 6-month warranty on the setting for moissanite jewelry.
✅ What’s Covered:
Moissanite Stone (Lifetime Warranty):
• Cracks or chips under normal wear (not impact-related)
• Loose stones due to defective setting
Setting/Structure (6-Month Warranty):
• Prong issues or structural faults caused by manufacturing defects
❌ What’s Not Covered:
• Lost stones or jewelry
• Damage caused by dropping, crushing, breakage due to wear or improper use
• Changes due to external chemicals, heat, or cleaning agents
• Normal wear, especially to the band or setting after 6months
• Repairs or alterations done by a third party

📦 How to Submit a Warranty Claim

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• Clear photos or videos of the item and the issue
• A short description of the issue
We aim to respond within 3 working days and will guide you through the next steps, including return shipping instructions.
